Julie founded Exclusive Association Management, Inc in 2005.  Her background in sales, training and customer service brought her a vision that Community Association Management companies and Real Estate Firms can help educate Board members, community members, owners and tenants in a positive way. She has held a Georgia Real Estate License since 2001 and a Brokers License since 2003. 

She holds both CMCA (Certified Manager Community Associations) and AMS (Association Manager Specialist) designations and is very active in the industry.  She believes and is committed to making a positive difference in the industry, in communities and with all relations.

Linda Wallace Dolphin
Associate Broker

Linda is a Real Estate Broker with decades of experience in property management, sales and leasing.  She has expertise in landlord - tenant relations and contracts.

Licensed in Georgia and California, she remains the owner and supervising broker of Wallace-Turner Investments, a property management firm with agents in Northern California.  Linda graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and earned a masters degree in speech before completing a year of law school and beginning a doctorate program in Rhetoric at U. C. Berkeley.

Licensed since 1988, Linda's tenure in the real estate business is supported by a passionate approach to the dilemmas presented by a tough economy and limited options.

Morgan Schott
Real Estate Agent

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Morgan has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and has used her communications background in residential property management and client relations throughout her career. She has been trained as a Community Association Manager through the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Upon obtaining her Georgia Real Estate License, she joined Exclusive Association Management and Exclusive Realty.  

Morgan enjoys desktop publishing and internet marketing and she currently leads Exclusive's social media marketing campaign.

Pete Nugent
Community Association Manager

Pete is a life-long Georgian and a Gulf War Veteran.  Pete has a strong background with over 15 years in construction building, planning, budgeting and supervising from building inception to completion.  Over the past decade, Pete was a home builder and remodler primarily in Cobb County.  He has a Community Association Manager license and is working on his Real Estate Sales License.  He has a proven track record in helping associations on tight bugets create a reserve study and maintain budgets with capital improvements.
